How the bin-day check works
- 1. Enter your postcode. We find the council that collects there.
- 2. See your next collections, read from the council’s own system (195 councils so far), or open the council’s own checker.

Less waste between bin days
Buddy’s first question is always: could we use it again? Short practical guides for the days between collections.
Why you can trust an answer here
Links from GOV.UK
Each council link comes from GOV.UK’s list of council services, and says when we opened it. No guessing from a neighbour’s postcode.
Honest when we are not sure
Every date says which council’s system it came from and when we read it. If that system doesn’t answer, we show the council’s own link, never an old date.
